The Carriage is modelled on a 1950’s railway goods wagon, 8’ wide and 16” long, internally. This larger than usual Glamping accommodation allows for double bed with access both sides, table and chairs plus two easy chairs around the wood burner. The kitchen is a further extension with gas cooker, fridge and sink. Situated in an elevated position overlooking the camping meadow, the view extends over the river Honddu to the Priory Groves. The Carriage has it’s own exclusive washroom facilities, containing hand basin, large shower and flushing toilet. Parking is just a few metres away. 

.Carriage (Glamping) Prices for 2026 / 2027

 Our price structure is very simple, we have a flat rate of £120 per night.

There is a small £10 extra surcharge for short, 2 night stays

2 nights = £250 (minimum charge)

3 nights = £360 (minimum charge for BHW’s and Festival weekends.

4 nights = £480

5 nights = £600

6 nights = £720

7 nights = £840

These are total prices and there are no additional costs (such as booking fees etc.)

We take payment by direct bank transfer, (but not by debit or credit cards … sorry)

We take a 25% deposit to secure dates, followed by the balance four weeks before the arrival date.

Please note the carriage is strictly for two people only. We keep the carriage and camping bookings separate and don’t take groups at all. Sorry but we don’t take dogs…
